    - Kindly ensure you wash your hair and hands before visiting the shop.

    - Travel light and utilize provided hooks for jackets and bags.

    - No phone usage in the shop, and please attend appointments alone.

    - Arrive ten minutes early; if late, your slot may be reassigned, and a booking fee applied.

 

12. Free APP:

    - Earn 1 stamp per haircut.

    - Maximum of 2 stamps daily (Father & Son).

    - Kindly remind your Barber to give you your stamp.

    - Stamps can't be added post-transaction updates or cookie resets.

    - Loyalty card terms and deals may change without notice.

    - New APP users get an extra stamp.

 

13. Children:

    - Children's skin fades & long hair (shoulder-length) charged at adult prices.

    - Young ladies 10 years & under may receive a basic trim but not complex styles.

    - We strive to provide excellent services, but we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services or website.
